Taxes and Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Returns

  • Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of the day after you receive your order, for any reason (sale items included). Email us, then send the item back within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of getting it back. You pay return postage.
  • Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo for a full refund or replacement. We cover the return postage.
  • Order not arrived? If it hasn't arrived by the end of the delivery window above, email us and we'll trace it, then refund or replace it if it's lost.
